|Abstract: ||This paper will present information relating to the implementation of a new and
innovative educational program for young adult offenders in the NSW correctional
system. This program commenced in July 2004 and is looking forward to its fifteenth
graduation ceremony. This paper will outline the development of this initiative and
various outcomes, which have occurred over the past four years.|
